Returns & Exchanges

Hirshleifers accepts returns on full-price merchandise within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. Please note that jewelry, evening wear, and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our client services team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day eligibility window.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the completed return form along with your original sales receipt.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery markings are completely covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our Manhasset boutique, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
